High-fidelity interactive simulation built on Unreal Engine 5 — the most advanced training layer of the platform, designed to connect written framework knowledge to realistic patient encounter execution in a consequence-free environment.

Core Purpose

Phylux PathoSim is being designed to provide the application layer that written frameworks and mobile tools cannot — a high-fidelity simulation environment where learners can practice clinical encounter execution under realistic conditions, with realistic timing, workflow complexity, and evolving patient physiology.

The simulation is being built using Unreal Engine 5, Character Creator 5, and Rokoko motion capture tools — with the goal of creating an environment that accurately reflects the operational realities of acute patient care.

Hands-on procedure and workflow simulation including vascular access, medication administration, and airway management

Phylux PathoSim is the apex of the PhysioLogic Softworks product ecosystem — the layer where written framework knowledge and mobile encounter organization are brought together into full clinical encounter simulation. It represents the most advanced and resource-intensive development workstream on the platform roadmap.
